Fear is a constant part of our lives. It can end up dominating our lives if measures are not taken to prevent this. Using Hypnosis To Reduce Anxiety
Anxiety, a more socially acceptable way of saying fear, can range in intensity from a reasonably mild case of stage fright, all the way up to a full blown panic attack. We all feel fear – but for some people, certain activities and places tend to cause such a high level of tension that the person can't even function properly. The ultimate expression of a fear is an outright anxiety attack. With too much stress, these people may not be able to hold a job, go out in public, shop, drive or do many other activities that are considered common and crucial to a normal and healthy life.
