Panic Disorders – What Are They?

Feeling anxious can be a good or bad thing depending upon the situation. If you are feeling fearful or uneasy about something coming up in the near future, then that is the bad side of feeling anxious and is called anxiety. This bad side can get to the point to where you are unable to go about your daily routine without worrying about one thing or another. You may even end up having a panic attack if your anxiety continues to escalate.
